No response from seller regarding damaged items
I actually LOVE the look of these metal wall decorations and was very disappointed to discover both of the two were damaged (bent and paint chipped). My issue is more with the lack of response from seller. I reported my concerns on day I took delivery. Walmart Customer Service replied indicating they had contacted seller %26 I should hear from them within 48 hours. That was 11 days ago. I have since twice contacted Walmart Customer Service to report I had yet to hear from seller, but have not heard again from Customer Service as yet. Frustrating experience.
