General Lockers shall be "CUBIX™ Lockers" as manufactured by Hallowell or approved equal. Fabricate lockers square, rigid and without warp, with metal faces flat and free from dents or distortion. Make all exposed metal edges safe to touch. Bolt or rivet all joints and connections as standard with manufacturer. Do not expose bolts or rivet heads on fronts of locker doors or frames except for fastening of number plates and handle.

Finishing All locker parts to be cleaned and coated after fabrication with a seven stage zinc/iron phosphate solution to inhibit corrosion, followed by a coat of high grade custom blend powder electrostatically sprayed and baked at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for a minimum of 20 minutes to provide a tough durable finish.
Metal Box Doors Doors shall be fabricated from single sheet prime 18 gauge with single bends at top, bottom and sides. Doors shall include a combination friction catch door pull. Doors shall be fabricated to accept a built-in key lock or padlock. Doors shall be plain (non-vented) or diamond perforated.
Safety-View Plus Box Doors Doors to be of a single piece of polycarbonate, injection molded to include single bends at all four sides for strength. The material used for the fabrication of the door shall be a clear, polished surface, Ultraviolet-stabilized polycarbonate - SKU: HLWL3541
