I charged the battery assembled the mower and put the batteries in and it did nothing when I pulled the lever correctly. So I shock it and tapped on the plastic cover where the wire goes to the engine and it finally started I used it about 30 and the battery went dead I charged them back and use it about ten minutes to finish a small area. So I completely charged the batteries again overnight and The next morning I put them in the mower and I pulled the lever and nothing happened I shook it and finally it started and run for about 20 steps and it stopped again and hasn't run again. I will try it once more to see if it works this morning.

After 3 weeks the mower dies after 5 seconds i attempted to start a returnThe instructions said go to Walmart walmart said no, they couldn't take it.I have to contact the seller to Initiate the return process with them and the window is closing for the return . i would caution everyone not to buy from these third party sellers.They make the return process hard so that they don't have to give the money back.
