Heavy, one piece of stainless, pointed and narrow
This scoop is all one piece of stainless steel so it won't break off like the last 3 I had. It is heavy, pointed and not really wide so it doesn't make the perfect 'balled' scoop (without practice), but it does scoop out even fairly hard ice cream easy and well. The rubberized handle makes it nice and washes up great, don't think it's going to slip or come off ...time will tell. I don't put it in the dishwasher, I don't have one! Came in a nice box and like I said, it is not a cheap, plastic and pot metal scoop it is a heavy, stainless steel all one piece scoop. last one I'll probably ever need to buy, unless I want a second one of these!
