This cordless Honeycomb Cellular Shade is a 3/8" cell-shade that insulates the room all year long! Constructed out of 100% non-woven polyester with a PVC head & bottom rail, this shade is guaranteed to filter light and provide maximum privacy. Can be mounted using an inside or outside mount. To operate - simply lift or lower bottom rail to raise or lower shade. Lift or lower top handle to adjust top portion of shade to desired height.
