The unique LTC Complex allows you to lift up to 7 levels while toning and conditioning your hair. With a specially-designed formula of wheat proteins, oleic acid, chamomile extract and powerful lifting agents, toning and conditioning ingredients create a full spectrum of beautiful highlights in half the time of a double process service.
