Needs a better operating manual
It took a long time to receive this product—I actually forgot I had ordered it. When it finally arrived, the instructions said to “read carefully before use,” but they were just one small folded page and not very helpful. There are a lot of different codes listed, but no clear explanation of how to use them. When I first turned it on, it started working on its own—moving around and changing colors—and I loved that. However, when I tried to switch it to a single solid color, nothing happened. After pressing buttons and trying different things for a while, it ended up stuck on one solid white light. Now it doesn't move or change colors at all, and I can't figure out how to get it back to the original settings. I'll try to find a manual online because I do like the product and want to use it, but right now it's basically a big piece of junk due to the lack of clear instructions and functionality.
