I buttoned the middle buttons and left it open like in the picture and it really made my look very chic. I love that I can dress this up or down depending on the pants. This is a beautiful true red shirt. If you are someone who doesn't buy button down shirts because they make you look like a mannish lumberjack, this one is for you. If you're "straight up and down" or apple shaped, this shirt is your new best friend - the corset detail in the back makes it SO flattering. Suddenly, you have shape! You have hips! lol. The long cuffs add additional class and style. I'm 5'5", 125lbs, 38/34/38 - I got the medium, and it's a perfect fit. Going to buy the other colors next!
