Excellent!
Been taking this multivitamin for years, and I can feel the difference from others I've used in the past. The tablets are fairly large, but you only take one each day. To get this same potency and quality, you'd have to take as many as four capsules of the other brands. Highly recommend!

This is a very nutrient dense vitamin, I know this because my pee is neon yellow and I got major breakouts all around my face. But that's how it is when you first start switching to a new supplement, so drink more water! But the effects are noticeable on skin, eyes , hair ...etc.

I really like them
I bought these to change up the regular multivitamins for a short period and found these actually had a very positive effect and felt better hard to describe but would definitely recommend switching to these for a couple of months if not permanently.
