The sprayer was not good. You have to use it to spray on the fabric. It leaked quite a bit on my hand while I sprayed, which wasted the product. I used up the whole bottle quickly and the area of the quilt that had some sun damage improved, but not as much as i would have hoped. It did not smell which I appreciated. No chemical smell. Because i did not use it on a t shirt as shown on the advertisement, I'm not sure how it would work on that kind of fabric,
