If you need sports training this is it. Comes with clear instructions for everything. This is shipped in a package but the main contents are in a convenient carrying bag. When not in use store the items in the bag provided. I tested theses items over a few days, even in the rain. No rusting on the speed hurdles and stakes. The other items are easy to clean as well. The parachute is definitely the deluxe version. The manual includes multi language sections and training drills for those unfamiliar with it's usage.
