Great costumer service

The bat came as described, brand new and a good price. What was confusing was it came from Team Express not Jet, but a very nice customer service rep for Jet explained that they have teamed up. She was very helpful. I would encourage Jet to include a "Jet" invoice, not Team Express when they go through Team Express to deliver. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Great bat with a great sound!

My son has been using this bat for about a month and really likes it. Feels great with contact, very little vibration on off barrel swings and is very balanced to the point that it seems lighter than it is. So far it is holding up well and would not hesitate to buy it again or consider the 918 Prime.
