I LOVE GRITS! But I was taken aback when I read the ingredients on the back of two different Grits boxes sold by Walmart!!! One says it has CHICKEN BREAST MEAT a bunch of other stuff, and the other has the genuine ingredients for corn harvested Grits! WHAT'S GOING ON? Chicken Breast Meat? YUCK....

It's a good hot breakfast.

I'm a southern woman, so grits are just a delicious part of life. It's a great breakfast food. Dress it up with fried sausage or ham or dress it down with just a pinch of salt and a heaping spoon of butter. It does a body good. It's a stick to your ribs good food. It's a simple hot breakfast. Give it a try. You my find you like them too. They are also quick an easy to make.

I love grits! I grew up on grits. My mom used the make them every morning when I was a kid. I buy this size because it's convenient for storing. They are quick to make and very filling. I recommend them because I eat them for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Sometimes I add honey for that extra kick of sweetness. Mmmm good.
