Installation Steps:

1. Brake forward & Remove bar nuts
2. Install the felling spikes
3. Lift the chain above the sprocket
4. Install the bar & put the chain into the groove
5. Steer the adjuster pin to the bar hole
6. Finger-tighten bar nuts
7. Tighten the saw chain clockwise
8. Test the saw chain
9. Tighten bar nuts with tools

Please Note: Install saw chain around the sprocket and guide bar, with cutters on top of the guide bar facing forward.

The Correct Fuel Mix Ratio:

It is recommended to use a 25:1 fuel mix ratio (#90 octane or higher gasoline to 2-stroke engine oil). Use the mixing oil bottle provided in the package to achieve this ratio.

Break-in Period Precautions:

This new machine requires a break-in period: For the first 5 days, work about 8-10 hours a day, please take a break after working continuously for 1 hour! During the break-in period, please operate it at medium speed, and avoid running it at the lowest and maximum speeds.

How to Start a Cold Engine:

1. Push the chain brake fully forward
2. Move the On/Off switch to the On position
3. Pull the choke knob fully out
4. Pull the start handle (Max 6 times)
5. Push the choke knob back fully
6. Pull the starter until the engine starts

Q: Can this gas chainsaw cut ice blocks?
A: This chainsaw is designed for cutting wood, not ice. Cutting ice may damage the chain and pose safety risks. We do not recommend using it for ice.
