No tools required, this 102 Model, have bevelled edges so it can be blend with any floor as a drop in register mount. Floor register face plate sits above the Floor surface, it does not flush with the Floor.

Definitely Recommend

I frequently have to buy new grate covers due to the quality and material. This one is number one rated in my book. I cannot believe the quality of the product is so good for the price. It also has a quiet feature when the vent is closed. I definitely recommend.
