For the record, I paid for this on my own. I was looking for a long and low cabinet for my dining room and this was relatively cheap and the brown color matched the walnut of my table. I'd say the price is pretty on par with the quality. It's not the best quality but it works for what I wanted it for (more decor than function). It was very simple to put together until you reached attaching the cabinet doors. The starter holes weren't exactly in even placement and my husband struggled with getting the doors to line up straight and in the right spot. He used to work in cabinet manufacturing so he is not exactly a novice. I paid $180 for the set of two and wouldn't pay any more than that. The two cabinets also lined up very well and were even with each other.
