Poor quality - arrived defective

I was really excited to receive this clock for our home-school room. I opened it, put in a battery and the second hand just clicked back and forth instead of steadily going forward and the minute hand was loose and floppy and didn't stay in place. Very poorly made. In the process of returning for a refund and will not be purchasing another. Thoroughly disappointed.
