Overall....very pleased, beautiful looking unit.

Being a smoker fan, this is my first electric. Overall, I am very pleased. Temperature control very good, I like the app. Temperature probe is good, even though I do use additional probes. Slide out racks very good and easy to clean, great quality. Good and nicely designed water pan. Only one negative and that is the smoker capacity, just doesn't provide enough smoke time for longer smokes. Needs to be refilled every 30 minutes which defeats the ability to walk away and let the smoker smoke. To remedy, I purchased the A-MAZ-N 5x8 smoker tray which has worked out perfectly for smokes over an hour. An hour or less I do use the built in smoker which does provide very good smoke results. Even with the smoke issue for me personally, I will give this a rating given new month of use.

Amazing product and customer service

I got this smoker for my husband for Christmas. You might say it was really for the whole family. I can't say enough about how easy this is to use. Neither of us has ever used a smoker but our son is in college in the south and we got exposed to the taste. This is literally foolproof and it runs on an app from your phone. We used it for the first time the day after Christmas and it was freezing outside. We didn't have to leave the house until the probe in the meet told us when it was done!! FROM MY PHONE. Our first attempt was Ribs Chicken thighs for nachos Mac and cheese with bacon (recipe on their site) Cod Chicken wings Blackberry cobbler Everything was cooked to perfection. The Mac and cheese was to die for. I have to admit that I didn't love the blackberry cobbler but others did. I guess it's a matter of taste. The smoker comes with a cover which got lost in the mail and customer service quickly shipped out another one. I am not sure if we will grill again and this device is 1/2 the price of a grill. I think everyone at our party (Clemson vs Ohio game) will buy one. This was the beat Christmas gift ever. Thanks

Last minute addition to a Christmas list. Thankfully they had expedited shipping with FedEx. I can't fault them for shipping in the product box which doesn't hide the contents but my boyfriend spotted the box 3 days before Christmas. I'm actually glad he did because I didn't know the smoker had to be assembled & seasoned. He was excited for both. Assembly took maybe an hour or so out in the garage....no tools went flying and I didn't hear any cursing so I'm gonna say it went well. The initial seasoning went well and I appreciated the box of chips it came with. Christmas Day we did 2 chickens...turned out amazing. The racks all fit in the dishwasher for easy cleanup. The smoker comes on wheels so easy to roll back inside the garage. Also came with a cover. We live in snowy conditions so now we can smoke during the winter without freezing to death. Bluetooth actually worked (because technology is never our friend) and the temperatures were accurate. Great product!
