Took this overseas and it kept my insulin cold for a solid 10 hours—round trip. Compact and low-key, so nobody questioned it at security. Went through 5 checkpoints, not once did anyone open my bag.It does not get dirty easy and has enough space for 3 insulin pens maybe even 4 if you push it.

Perfect for travel!

I got the floral pattern. It's pretty without being overly girly; perfect. The zipper is sturdy and has two pulls so you can open it however is easiest for you. The ice packs are designed to fit in mesh pockets on each side of the case, embracing an internal little folder that holds your vials and also works as insulation so your meds stay cold but aren't touching the ice packs and getting too cold. It's well-designed in general with useful-sized internal pockets and a perfect size overall to hold two vials and accompanying needs (syringes, alcohol wipes, glucometer) for a several day trip. It also has a nice, sturdy wristlet that is attached by a lobster-claw/D-ring combination that is easily attached or removed, as you prefer. Highly recommend.
