Love the light!
Bought 2 of these a few months ago and am pleased with them (better quality/ thicker glass than I thought I would get for the price) and the service and process was great! Rod and chain was long enough for installation on a 13' ceiling over the kitchen island. The packaging caused one of the glass pieces to arrive broken but they quickly replaced it. Clear instructions and all the parts were included but I needed professional as there was not a receptacle; were new lights, not replacements.
