GREAT VACATION READ! Hilarious and authentic

This book contains: – QR codes to cultural artifacts (like our dog fetching beer from the fridge) – True stories I probably shouldn't admit publicly – Parenting fails dressed up as life lessons – Discipline systems that work (minus the sanctimony) – Hope, but not the annoying kind This book is mostly an elaborate scheme to prove I was here and to validate myself so that I can stop worrying about impressing people and start worrying about doing all the things my wife would like me to do. (It's a very long list. In fact, I should be doing my Darby-dos right now instead of writing this puff piece.) The book is also about my adorable kids – blah blah blah. They're always stealing the show, which I secretly resent but outwardly encourage, like the supportive adult I sometimes remember to be. Five stars!!! Not because I'm the author, but because I kept reading even though I knew how it ended.
