The item was damaged and did not work when delivered. The seller refused to exchange item for one that works. Instead, the seller sent me instructions on how to repair the item myself. I paid for an item that woeks, not one that I would have to repair myself. On 12/10/2025, the walmart agent advised that I would receive a full refund within 7-10 business days back to my credit card. When asked when will walmart pick up the item, I was told by the agent to keep the item, due to all of the hassel I have gone through with the seller. I called walmart on 12/26/2025 and requested to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor said that the billing department is now saying that they wanted the seller to refund my money. The way I have been treated by The seller and Walmart is unprofessional. The seller refused to repair or exchange the item that is being advertized on Walmart's website. I paid for an item that worked as advertized, not one that I would have to repair myself. On 12/10/2025, the walmart representative told me that I would receive a full refund within 7-10 business days from Walmart. That did happen either. Now, I 'm being told by a supervisor, that the billing department wants the seller to pay me the refund. I have been a loyal customer to Walmart and trusted Walmart to make this large purchase on line and the did not expect to be treated this way.
