- SECURITY BOX DOOR - 14 gauge cold rolled sheet steel
- BODY COMPONENTS - 16 gauge body with 18 gauge back
- SECURITY BOX HANDLE - Thru-the-door friction catch door pull with padlock hasp
- HINGES - 16 gauge continuous piano hinge
- ACCESSORIES - Includes 1/2" diameter coat rod
- General -Lockers shall be "Hallowell Rookie KD Sport Stock Lockers" as manufactured by Hallowell or approved equal. Fabricate lockers square, rigid and without warp, with metal faces flat and free from dents or distortion. Make all exposed metal edges safe to touch. Bolt or rivet all joints and connections as standard with manufacturer. Do not expose bolts or rivet heads on fronts of locker doors or frames except for fastening of number plates.
- Finishing -All locker parts to be cleaned and coated after fabrication with a seven stage zinc/iron phosphate solution to inhibit corrosion, followed by a coat of high grade custom blend powder electrostatically sprayed and baked at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for a minimum of 20 minutes to provide a tough durable finish.
- Wardrobe Doors - Open front at wardrobe area (no door).
- Hat Shelf - Shall be 16 gauge sheet steel with single bends at sides and back and a double bend at front.
- Optional 12" Wide Security Box - Side to be formed of 16 gauge cold rolled sheet steel. Security box boor to be 14 gauge cold rolled sheet steel (plain non-ventilated). A continuous hinge shall be MIG welded to door. Door to have a combination finger pull / friction catch door latch. Padlock Strike Plates are optional.
- Optional Foot Locker - Seat shall be formed of 14 gauge cold rolled sheet steel with stiffener sections for reinforcement and be prepared- SKU: HLWL5639
