OMG Beat thing ever, I was having digetive issues and this had fixed it I take a tablespoon in 8 oz of water, I microwave the water for 55 escond first then put the chic in and stir it thoroughly, and let it sit for 10to 15 minutes then stir again and wait a few more minutes then I added two tablespoons of lemon juice %26 Honey, then a 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon stir is all and drink I will keep using these daily for life. I bought to help lower my cholesterol and it did I'm on the green gfor the first time. Now I did do thiose things too but....
