Franco Sarto Women's Gisella Knee High Boot Black Leather Wide Calf 9.5M

My size is usually between a US 9 and 9.5. The boots are generously sized so I had to return the 9.5 for a half size smaller. The shaft was sinching down and wrinkling because my calves are thin. Everything about the boot met my expectations. Good value and smart look.

Honestly I'm ecstatic with these boots. I got them in brown. So much so I bought the shorter ankle cut version of them as well. I have flat wide feet and I got these in my normal size and they are so comfortable and secure to walk in. I measured my calf according to the calf measurement sizing guide and it was correct, I got the regular calf size. Boots are stunning I got so many compliments on them. I am 5'6 and they reach perfectly below my knee. Two cons: upon arrival I studied the boot up close and one had some light scuffing, not perfect condition but not bad enough for me to exchange them. Make sure to check for that. The quality of the leather is nice enough that the small scuffs would easily buff away and it looks like natural wear, not cheap scrapes. My second con is I wore white nike socks with these boots. There must be a red orange sole and it absolutely stained the bottom of my socks orange. Mixture of sweat and breaking them in, I suggest black socks. Besides that, I am still willing to give this five stars because I have never loved a boot like this before. I am so excited about the quality of materials and it feels like genuine craftsmanship. Something I find very difficult to find nowadays. I hope this is helpful!
