When we first ordered the bed I was a little nervous, because I didn’t see reviews on this particular frame. We ordered it anyway. The estimated arrival time was Monday, but we got it early! It arrived Thursday only 3 days after we ordered! Nothing was missing and we had all of the screws! It took about 1 1/2 hours to assemble, and wasn’t difficult! It is a heavy duty and has a cross of two metal bars in the middle of the frame. It also includes wood slats. It holds up nicely and looks beautiful! I do have to warn you that if you have a boxspring it will not work for this bed. It will set too tall. As specified in the details no box spring is required. My bf wanted to see how it would look and it was too high. It works and looks great without a box spring! I’ve added a picture so you can see how it looks! :) I hope this helps!

Assembly was easy, my 7 yr old assisted. Can be done with 1 person. Bed comes with 3 extra screws, direction were very easy to follow (picture directions), very soft velvet. Bed was as pictured. Shipping was fair. Packaged very nicely. I like how they added plastic around the foam protectant, it leaves no mess. All those fly away foam pieces can be timely to pick up. I appreciated that thought put into the packaging
