Best addition to the House!

My garage had no hvac and I really needed a solution, had this 6 months now and is the best addition to the house! Cool in the summer, warm in the winter. Me and a friend did the install and could not have been easier for what it is. I would highly recommend one of these to anyone and will probably put another one in my workshop.

Awesome unit!

I purchased the Mr Cool 24,000 BTU for my 3 car garage in the desert of Arizona and it runs cooler then my new AC in my house! This unit heats fast and cools fast. My garage temperature runs about 80 degrees in the summer heat of 105-110 degrees. I have not insulated my walls and ceiling yet and I am amazed with this units cooling. The installation was very easy and the best part was the small opening I had to put in the wall. I highly recommend the Mr Cool system.

Hey markg, Beating the Arizona desert heat is the ultimate "trial by fire," and it sounds like your DIY 24K is passing with flying colors! Hearing that it’s outperforming the new AC in your house—even without insulation in the garage yet—is incredible. Keeping a 3-car garage at 80°F when it's 110°F outside is no small feat. Once you get those walls and ceilings insulated, that unit is going to be living the easy life! Easy install on my third MrCool

Purchased this unit because it is DIY (only one on the market), the 110 VAC/20A feature, and superb 5/7 year warranty. Ran the hoses through a hot water heater space inside of 3" ABS. Will use 4" next time, was somewhat of a challenge to thread. This is my 3rd install, intend to purchase 4 more units. Central HVAC is a waste of money and very inefficient in a large expanded floor plan with moderade annual temperatures. I love this product..!
