Desk was purchased for an office and shipped in original box but the way they protected everything...nothing could have moved or gotten damaged! I was nervous as one of the corners of the box were a little damaged. All desk corners were protected and nothing was damaged. I'm incredibly impressed with the thoughtfullness of how they packaged it. It went together quite easy...only thing is that the screws should not be spun until they're TIGHT, but just enough as they will just keep spinning. you will DEFINITELY need two people to flip it. It works great! Directions are super easy to understand, and I have already recommended it to others!
