Verified Purchase

Missing the Storage Bag, which was mentioned in item title. Also missing any documentation or assembly instructions. Hand brake was completely nonfunctional: axle was welded 2cm too far forward for lever mechanism to touch the wheels. No parking brake, which is a violation of 16 CFR 1227.
