Great Product!

The only thing I didn't like was that this item came preloaded with windows 10. It's not a problem, though, and most people would prefer it. But it'd be cool to see more refurbished thinkpads shipping with linux(which I installed right away). Laptop is faster than I expected, though it does occasionally lag -> but again, easy fixes, which I planned to do before buying. There is like one scratch and a tinnnnyyyy amount of wear, but this laptop looks brand new. Battery: lasts for about an hour. It's similar to the HP notebook 2000, when it was brand new. Shipping: this frustrated me. I paid $20 for quicker shipping, which was fedex 2day, but ending up waiting 7(?) days I believe. I guess that was on Fedex. The packaging was great, no complaints. So, don't purchase quicker shipping, it's not worth it, get the FREE shipping if you available! If you're thinking about buying this: do it! It's totally worth it.

Delivered early, everything functions properly, Cortana made set up a breeze and the physical appearance was perfect. I gave it to my oldest daughter and she loves it. Five Stars and thanks for doing business with me.
