Definitely dispensed much quicker than the leading brand name stuff in a can. however other than that I didn't see much of a benefit. I used the included nozzles screwed onto my spray foam gun and couldn't get a wide fan spray like I was hoping for so I think I'll just stick to the cheaper "great stuff" .... it might spray better using their own branded foam gun but I didn't want to invest in another gun for my small project.
