i was looking for a stainless steel salad spinner. i wish the inner basket was also steel, but I cant find one -- so this is the closest I would find. trying to minimize plastics in my food. this spinner is solid. so far the top has held up qell and not cracked like some other brands had a problem with.

Love that it is mostly all stainless steel and that plastic does not touch my food. Easy to clean also but when you spin the water off it has no where to drain inside the bowl. I have to stop and lift the inner bowl out then shake out the water every so often. Should have had more drain holes lower and also had the inner bowl raised up more. This is a pretty big flaw
