Ensure there's enough time for the device's cotton pad to be thoroughly wet before turning as it can't atomize if the cotton pad is dry. To clean the product, it is recommended to disconnect from power source, wipe with a clean cotton cloth or cotton swap. If cleaning limescale, use a cotton swap that is dipped in a white vinegar solution.

I actually love this thing! I saw it advertised on a morning show. We live in a dry climate and with the heater going, this is great for my skin and for my nose in winter. When full, it will dispense full stream for about 7 hours. It's also super quiet. I would definitely buy it again.
