Works Great!
Works great with our Abode security system. Never had an issue in the year and a half we've lived here. We use the Abode app to let ourselves in and our housekeeper has a key that she uses.

Terrible
Just moved into a place that uses this, and already it died within the first 10 days of living here and I was locked out of my own house. No backups at all work for this lock and its a good thing I never trusted this to begin with and made sure I had a way to get in from the back just in case. I can't believe this company has been around for as long as it has even through WWII times and doesn't provide a manual key backup no matter what. I am willing to bet that the owners of this company would never install these in their own homes. Create a backup to this product or discontinue it. Super dumb and you obviously didn't test it with yourselves and your own children's and loved ones protection at stake.
