Kroeger Herb Anti Fatigue
Hanna formulated this for adrenals, that's why it has the licorice root. It's a fantastic formula because the body uses it so easily. You can use this for a vitamin C and B vitamin supplement. Since it is so easy for the body to assimilate you can use it if you are having any digestive issues, chronic fatigue, Epstein Bar or adrenal fatigue.

I love this
I suffer from chronic fatigue very badly. Especially during my cycle. I was diagnosed with pmdd many years ago. One of the major side effects is this is fatigue and on my cycle it makes it worse. Couple weeks ago I was sick with bad cold on my cycle can imagine the fatigue was bad. I started taking this for that and I started feeling a lot better. I had more energy able to focus and I wasn't as fatigue as I was. Even though I take birth control for my pmdd. This extra on the side helped. And my doctor thought it was a good idea. He's so no harm in it. So I would recommend it just follow the instructions I take mine with food and water just before I go to work just like with breakfast.

I love love love these. They really help so much if you have adrenal stress or just stress in general. It's important to take daily to see it's effects.
