its an 18 dollar blinky light. theres no frequency coming from it. if there was, theres no way to change the frequency. no audio jack to amplify audio. no instructions as to how to put it together. its a waste of time, money, effort. Unless, of course, a blinky blue led is the effect you ultimately seek. I can imagine that it will make money from those too lazy to return it. seems like an odd business model. save your money, save yourself the frustration. its quackery.
