Seems like good quality
I have digestive issues and joint issues. I've researched Black seed oil to take as a supplement. Finally, tried SUPPZAAR. It's odd that an oil in in a capsule versus a liqui-gel, but they haven't leaked and so far haven't upset my stomach. I'm eager to see what the results are after the bottle is gone. So far so good.

Great product!
This review is for Suppzaar Black Seed Oil Capsules. There are ninety capsules in the bottle and two capsules are a serving. There are forty five servings total in the bottle. These are not genetically modified. These are packaged in the United States but the ingredients are globally sourced in case you care. The front of the bottle says they are for immune support, joint support, digestion support and heart health support. I recently read where they might be good for helping to control blood sugar as well. It is not listed on this packaging, but you can find out more information online if you search for it. I can only attest to the joint support. I would bot be without black seed oil as part of my joint support regimen. I take this supplement in addition to magnesium and curcumin every single day. I take several more but they are multi vitamin types with many things for healthy joints. If you are looking for a reasonably priced black seed extract for your regimen….definitely give these a try! I highly recommend black seed extract to people all the time.
