good bug bulbs
Yes, yellow lights left on still can and will attract a few bugs but nothing like a regular bulb will no light that you can see decently with will draw zero bugs. Using yellow light just makes it significantly more difficult for bugs to "see" your light source. In testing Yellow LEDs pull the lest bugs period. Also people with their white lights on blazing out their storm door and windows and looking is likely pull more even more bugs. Turn the lights near you door inside off for the best results... If outside or going /in out. We live in the country and used to get swarmed when carrying in the grocery's. Or when working on the vehicles at night not anymore... I dunno what other reviewers are talking about looks yellow to me and my wife. I couldn't use my cellphone to take the picture strangely color correction made the light turn white... My vinyl siding is off white so it does effect the color shown as well. Looks a bit more green in my camera photo, then it does to my eyes. But cameras mess with things... The guy before me that posted a picture notice wall is greenish and maybe the wall is painted blue? blue + yellow will = green...

Great Bulbs!!!
I bought 2 of these bulbs back in April 2016, and they are still going. I have had no problems with either of them, and they are on for 12 to 14 hours a day. I can't find them in my Walmart, so I bought 6 Philips Yellow LED bulbs on Amazon and so far 4 of them burnt out 2 months after purchase. I highly recommend Great Value Yellow LED bulbs.

Terrific for Patio
Read the description carefully and you will not be disappointed. 1) It is NOT a bug light; 2) It is yellowish in color; 2) It will last 9 years when left on only 3 hours a day. I left it on 24/7 in a patio fixture and it lasted almost 3 years. Exactly what I want outdoors. Bright but not glaring. No complaints from me; rave review. Will buy again.
