If you can afford it, BUY TWO

These are wonderful shoes for the diabetic foot and I have been searching for the size for a long time. The width 3E is very difficult to find. My foot can be swollen somedays and these open up enough to get my foot into and then secure with the Velcro closure. This is my second pair of this exact shoe and I hope Propet never stops making the 3E size.

Qualiy, comfort and ease

Super comfortable and no laces could be enough said. Better quality than most brands in the 100-150 range. My favorite tenny shoe brand starts with a B and has six letters and they run 125-200. Love both. These size up very wide and even with my big feet they're a hair loose with summer socks or bare feet which is fine being I wear thicker socks most months when I wear shoes at all.
