- NON-HIGH FREQUENCY CUTTING: The plasma cutter uses non-high frequency reverse-blowing arc ignition technology to eliminate electromagnetic interference. This arc ignition technology enables non-contact cutting of rusted or painted surfaces. It can provide up to 55A (240V) of current, easily cutting steel, stainless steel, and copper up to 1 inch (26 mm) thick, with clean, sharp edges.
- REMOTE SMARTPHONE CONTROL: With built-in app connectivity, the plasma cutter can be remotely operated and monitored wirelessly. Adjust cutting parameters, check air pressure, receive error alerts, and track operational status in real time via your smartphone, maximizing efficiency and safety.
- EXTENDED FUNCTIONS: Plasma cutter can perform metal mesh cutting, non-contact rust removal, and plasma planing for surface smoothing or paint removal. It is ideal for manufacturing and repair jobs. (Note: Planing is performed using the designated nozzle.)
- AIR PRESSURE MONITORING: The input air pressure is displayed on the LED panel of the plasma cutter. If the gas pressure deviates from the optimal range (recommended 0.4 MPa / 57.5 PSI), the system will issue an alarm to ensure stable cutting and protect consumables.
- MULTIPLE OPERATING MODES: Adjustable arc ignition time (PA) and afterblowing time (PT). The plasma cutter offers a 2T (press and hold) mode for fast operations and a 4T (press to start/stop) mode for longer cutting operations.
- SAFETY SYSTEM: The plasma cutter features integrated overpressure, overcurrent, overload, and overheat protection, and automatic fault detection. This includes gas pressure protection and an audible alarm.
