I bought this from Menards, but it was such an awful experience I *sought out* a place online to vent my frustrations. I am not being overly dramatic when I say that this is the worst product I have ever bought, from anyone, for anything, anywhere, ever. The stupid little injection molded clips break with less force than is required to put them in place. On top of that, they are so poorly injection molded that there isn't even enough space in the clip to slide it onto the box. There's stupid globs of white plastic in the slot. Second, there is a serious design flaw that should have never made it past the CAD stage: there isn't enough room for a sheet of drywall in front of the bottom of the vent collet, so the thing can't even be properly seated in a wall. If you squeeze it in, the ridiculously conceived "snap-in" oval neck pops out, and will never stay seated. I seriously can't believe this thing is being sold in stores. My fingers are stuck together from superglue trying to fit their clips, and I still don't have this box installed because it is physically impossible to seat it properly inside an interior wall. I don't even feel better having typed all that. I'm still mad. I have wasted an entire day and I haven't even begun my vest job because of this piece of junk.
