It Works!
We have been using this product for 15 years and it lowers our cholesterol readings. At times we have gone off of it because it wasn't in stock especially during Covid when KAL couldn't get some ingredients. I had my blood drawn during these times and my LDL readings were up to 240-275. My readings have always lowered when I returned to this product back to 175-189. I also adjusted my diet a little too but I would say that Red Yeast Rice worked the most in lowering my numbers. Easy to swallow pills.
