This is a foam filled 10" x 3" 260-85 Primo Spirit rib tire. Foam filled tires are Primo pneumatic tires filled with urethane foam. This tire will replace a standard tire on most 10" x 3" split rim 2 piece wheels. Foam filled tires never flatten and are smooth riding.
