Love the rug, but…..

I love this rug, but when furniture is placed on it, it buckles. Bought a rug pad to put under it with the same problem. I did put some heavy books on the buckles, and it took about 4-5 days for it to lay flat. However, every time my husband rolls over it with his walker, it tends to buckle. I moved the furniture around so he doesn't have to walk over it while using his walker, but I'm still paranoid about falling.
