Couch is not as comfy as it appears. The website lists it as free returns but they fought be on returning it and then said the only way to return was to repackage which is impossible as the couches expand into full size. The only positive is that the couch LOOKS nice but it's hard and not comfortable. The couch also has a lot of “dents” where it didn't expand all the way. We've had it out of the box for a few weeks now.
