Twirla it Does!
Sleek and narrow and the top twirls very smoothly. The can is wider at the top and tapers down. It is 15" tall with the top on, its depth is about 11", and its width is 8" wide (at the top). Perfect to tuck into an alcove in the bathroom. It also came with some starter trash bags. That was a nice surprise!
