Durable and elegant, the Swiss Diamond Nonstick Clad 3. 1 qt (9.5”) Sauté Pan w/Lid is truly a one of a kind. From creamy pasta to chicken and fish, this pan is perfect for any meal. The special construction of the Nonstick Clad line features a solid foundation of five layers including an 18/0 magnetic stainless steel base, alternating pure and alloy aluminum and an 18/10 stainless steel layer reinforced with our revolutionary diamond nonstick coating. These bonded layers allow for the heat to be distributed evenly throughout the pan, removing all possibilities of hotspots. Handle is constructed of stainless steel and stays cool on the stovetop. Easily transferable from stovetop to oven up to 500°F (260°C). Cleanup is a breeze with just warm, soapy water and a nylon sponge.
