Great smaller santoku
This is a great forged Santoku knife. With the indentions on the blade, that helps with releasing food as you chop fruit, veggies, or fish. With the 5” blade size, it's still a great santoku to chop large pieces while not being as daunting in size. The handle on this knife is nice, a smooth transition from handle to blade for maximum grip and comfort.
