The Pulsar is the result of a collaboration between NextLevel and astrophysicist Gagné. The Pulsar is a 'No-bypass brewer' with a valve to control flow. The valve allows one to maintain a slurry during blooming and to control flow. Rao says: "The Pulsar is my go-to manual brewer and great for travel. It provides effortless even extractions and does not require a special kettle for optimal performance. The grind setting should be similar to your normal pourover setting. Even extractions are easier to achieve with the Pulsar than any other percolation brewer." Brewer comes with a pack of 100 filters.
