False advertising ~ Tumbler holds 17 oz, not 20 oz

While this is a nice tumbler; the advertising behind it is blatantly false. The bottom line is that the tumbler holds exactly 17 ounces with the lid removed. A previous reviewer stated that it held less than the advertising 20 ounces. The response from the company was that it only held 20 ounces with the lid off. This is false, and the company knows it. As mentioned, it holds 3 ounces less than advertised.
